Vegetable Pasta


  • 1/2 cup uncooked pasta spirals
  • 1 tbsp peas
  • 1 tbsp corn
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp grated zucchini
  • 1 tbsp thickened cream
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese


Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile, steam or boil veggies until tender.

Once pasta is cooked, strain and return to pot. Mix veggies through. 

Add cream and parmesan. Return to heat, stirring, until cheese is melted.


  • Carrots are packed full of beta-carotene, which our bodies convert into vitamin A. Carrots are one of the best sources of vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for your skin, bones, teeth, and vision. Beta-carotene is also what gives carrots their distinct orange colour.
